About Jonathan
Starting his career in investment banking, he transitioned early in his career to work in the technology industry. He joined ZipRecruiter as one of the first 10 employees and was with the company until IPO (1,000+ employees later). Jonathan spent much of his 7 years in the hiring space working in finance, M&A, and business development. After a very successful run at ZipRecruiter, Jonathan went out on his own to create Assembly, an HR engagement platform looking to boost connectivity, recognition and rewards, and collaboration inside of a workplace. Jonathan raised over 15M in venture capital, employs over 40 people, and was most attracted to building talent at an organization.
